Problem

Two small businesses — an event/balloon company and a nail salon — needed custom e-commerce sites without ongoing developer dependency.

Approach

I built a reusable WooCommerce theme framework used across both, including a self-built update system: clients update their theme from the WordPress dashboard with one click, pulled automatically from GitHub Releases — no developer re-uploading files. Full-stack WordPress/PHP with custom customizer controls so clients change designs themselves.

Outcome

Both sites live in production.
